1) Receive Receipt Email
You should receive (or will receive shortly), the transaction receipt from Stripe for your order. Stripe processes the transaction and automatically emails you a copy of your order, so if you did not receive that, please let us know.
2) We Collect Your Info
Next, a Brand Motive representative will contact you to get information for the development and the design of your module including; colors, chat scripts trees, operational elements, and editing etc. of your chat module. We then build based on your information.
3) Receive Your Logins
Typically within an hour or two, you are ready for installation and activation on your website. We will send you an email with your login and password to your Dashboard along with installation code info for your records. At that point you can login and begin using AIR LiveChat!
